It's totally awesome, the animation, the sound quality, and you made a REAL video out of it, not a bunch of random flash's together.
And for anyone who doesn't know, this IS in fact a Russian song. I looked up the lyrics, and it's about how Russias social and politically, falling apart.

Seriously, good job man! If you made this alot longer, it could be a rather famous addition to Newgrounds.
And those were almost my exact thoughts when I first thought that! I thought just quick sneak attacks that lasted two seconds, or IEDs.
Please make longer flashes!

That was so un-believably good I wanted to sjit myself! I seriously I could go higher than a ten o the graphics because that was amazingly superb. Best graphics I've ever seen on Newgrounds ever. Even better than the YuYu in my opinion. Great job and I can't wait for the rest.

Now. A large majority of people have old computers. I don't know whqat system you have but it's either really good or really new. The reason most people have troubles with it isn't the frame rates. It's the amounts of objects combined with the frame rate. Plus the detail. If you just added a quality button it would probably help.

My computer isn't really good or really new. I guess, being the animator, it's just easier to look over the slight choppiness, because now that I think about it, it is a bit choppy.
I was thinking about adding a quality button. Then I decided that making the movie automatically change quality at the correct parts on a decent computer would work, too, simply because of the fact that Medium quality looks better than Low. I also left the right-click menu at Flash's default (where there's the Play, Pause, Zoom, Quality, etc. options), so you could change the quality that way. I've had someone say in their review that even changing it to Low didn't help, so I guess there's not much I can do.
